中文摘要: 微操作及其系统的理论和技术是当前微纳和机器人研究领域的热点问题,对其的研究有助于人类对微观世界的探索和操作。 面向复杂化微操作的批量化、效率化所提出的微操作系统自动化要求,从检测与控制角度,提出显微视觉自动化的解决方案。研究显微视觉自动化所涉及关键问题,包括景深延伸、视野拓展、宏观工具及分布多目标的识别与定位以及伺服控制。为解决显微视觉系统自动化和实时性难题,形成一套完备的自动化方法和技术。 项目的研究对提高微操作系统的自动化水平、增强其任务适应能力、推动其实用化进程具有重要意义。项目的科学意义还在于,探讨显微视觉的自动化方法,有助于从新的角度发展微操作领域内的视觉引导与伺服控制理论与技术。

英文摘要: Theory and technology of the micro-operation and its system is currently a hot issue in micro-nano and robotics research, its research to contribute to human exploration and operation of the microscopic world. Form the angle of measuring and controlling, a solution for the micro-vision automation is proposed to meet the requirement of the batch quantity and efficiency in the complexity micro-operation. Based on the previous research in those fields of micro-operation and micro-vision, some key problems are researched, such as depth-of-field extending, field of vision widening, positioning of macro tools and micro targets, and the vision servo structure and its algorithm. To effectively solve the automation and real-time problem, a set of the automatic methods and techniques is achieved for the micro-vision image acquisition and servo control. This research project is of great significance for improving the automation level of the micro-operation system, enhancing its adaptability of task, promoting its practical course. The scientific significance of this project is that the research on the automation method of microscopic develops the theory and technique of micro-vision guiding and servo control in the micro-operation field.
