中文摘要: 当归多糖能够改善水产动物免疫功能,提高机体抗病能力、减少水质污染等,在水产动物养殖过程中得到越来越广泛的应用。但由于当归多糖粗制剂含有多种化学成分,限制了其对水产动物的免疫调节机制的理论研究。本项目采用植物化学、分子生物学、生物化学、药理学等技术和方法,通过分离、纯化当归多糖的化学成分、鉴定其分子量和化学结构、筛选活性多糖等研究工作,系统阐明当归多糖对点带石斑鱼非特异性免疫和抗氧化的机理,初步阐明当归多糖的构效关系,为水产动物的健康养殖提供基础数据。研究结果对于确认多糖的功能、进一步深入开展多糖分子构效关系的研究和深层次开发利用多糖具有重要的理论和实际意义。

英文摘要: Angelica sinensis polysaccharide has been widely applied in Aquaculture since it could improve aquatic animal immune function, enchance resistance to disease, reduce water pollution. However, the theoretical study on aquatic animals' immunomodulatory mechanism was limited due to using crude preparations of Angelica polysaccharide in application areas. The techniques and methods from plant chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology were selected to separate, purificate, identificate the chemical composition, molecular weight and chemical structure of A.sinensis polysaccharide, then active polysaccharide from A.sinensis was screened to determined its non-specific immune and antioxidative mechanism on Epinephelus malabaricus. The results aimed to preliminarily clarify the relationship between polysaccharide chemical structure and biological functions of aquatic animal,provide basic data for the healthy breeding in Aquaculture. There was a very important theoretical and practical role to confirm the function of the polysaccharide, carry out structure-function relationship of the polysaccharide and development and utilization of polysaccharide.
