中文摘要: 随着无线技术和应用的发展,无线系统对集成化、小型化的射频子系统有巨大需求。作为射频子系统中的重要组成部分,滤波器和功率分配/合成器件等无源器件的集成化和小型化具有重要意义。我们在前期研究中发现,可以用滤波电路取代功分器中的部分结构实现集成一体化设计,使器件同时具有滤波功能与功率分配/合成功能,这类器件的插入损耗小且尺寸小。本项目将在此基础上对各种集成滤波功能的功率分配/合成电路进行系统深入的研究,主要包括:(1)集成滤波功能的同相及反相功分器;(2)集成滤波功能的3dB正交电桥;(3)集成滤波功能的180度环形电桥(rat-race coupler)。我们将首先研究两类滤波电路与功分电路中部分结构等效的理论基础,然后设计各种集成化方案并在PCB电路和LTCC电路中进行实验验证,从而研究滤波电路与功分电路集成化设计的方法和规律。本项目的实施可促进射频子系统的集成化和小型化,具有有重要意义。

英文摘要: With the development of wireless technologies and applications, integrated and miniaturized RF and Microwave subsystems are highly demanded in wireless systems. As important building blocks in RF systems, integrated and miniaturized passive components such as filters and power dividers or combiners are necessary. In our preliminary study, it is found that some parts of Wilkinson power dividers can be replaced by filtering circuits to realize integration. The components perform dual functions of both filtering and power splitting, with the advantages of low insertion loss and compact size. Based on our previous study, we will conduct systematical research on power dividers or combiners with filtering responses. The research topics are as follows. (I) In-phase and out-of-phase power dividers integrated with filtering responses. (II) Quadrature hybrid couplers integrated with filtering responses. (III) 180-degree rat-race couplers integrated with filtering responses. We will perform both theoretical analysis and experimental verification. Firstly, we will investigate the basic theoretical issues for the integration, for instance,the certain filtering circuits are equivalent to quarter-wavelength transmission lines and can replace the transmission lines in power splitters or combiners.
