中文摘要: 研究发现,高铁建设会缩短时空距离,增加人口要素的空间流动性从而促进都市圈内核心城市(镇)向其它城市(镇)要素的有效扩散,带动区域一体化发展。本项目利用沪宁、沪杭高铁流量原始数据、经济普查原始数据、统计年鉴等,把快速铁路驱动的“人的流动”作为研究的逻辑起点,客观地就高铁对长三角城市群发展的影响进行剖析,为今后中国大规模高铁建设如何服务城市群的发展提供规划依据。研究将定量系统地分析高铁下的乘客出行行为特征、长三角高铁客流特征、长三角高铁客流关系圈的空间分布;高铁促进的人口流动对都市圈城镇人口空间分布格局的影响及相互作用;高铁促进的就业人口流动与城市群产业发展的相互作用等几个问题,并提出如何通过规划与制度调整,促进高铁时代下人口流动与都市圈城镇空间分布、城市群产业发展的良性互动。

英文摘要: Based on previous experience, high-speed rail (HSR) construction will shorten the temporal and spatial distance, increase the spatial mobility of population, transmit the elements from the core city (town) to periphery city(town) , and then promote regional integration development. With the raw High-speed Rail flow data of Shanghai-Nanjing Line, Shanghai-Hangzhou Line, Economic Census raw data, statistical yearbooks etc, with the research point of population mobility driven by rapid railway, the project will analyze how the High-speed rail transit impacts on urban agglomeration systems of Yangtze Delta area, and provide the experience how to use High-speed rail to server the city group..The project will focus on those problems. (1) Analyzing the HSR passenger flow matrix and the characteristics of those population flows. (2) Analyzing the interaction of the HSR passenger flow with the urban spatial distribution pattern. (3) Analyzing the interaction of employment passenger flow with the city agglomeration industrial development. Moreover, this study proposes the solutions on how to promote the positive interactions among population movements, spatial distribution and industrial development in urban agglomeration by optimizing the planning and policy in the High-speed Rail Era.
