中文摘要: 在前期研究结果- - 辣椒叶片总类胡萝卜素含量与品种耐弱光性及耐低温弱光性显著相关的基础上,以已完成耐弱光性和耐低温弱光性鉴定的12个辣椒品种为试材,应用反相高效液相色谱法及相关性分析法,进一步研究弱光及低温弱光条件下,辣椒叶片类胡萝卜素主要组分(黄体素、β-胡萝卜素、α-胡萝卜素、紫黄质、单环氧玉米黄质、玉米黄质、新黄质、环氧化黄体素)的变化及其与品种耐性的关系,明确决定辣椒品种耐弱光性及耐低温弱光性的主要类胡萝卜素组分,探明辣椒叶片类胡萝卜素含量与品种耐性相关的部分分子机理。在弱光和低温弱光条件下,以决定辣椒相应耐性的主要类胡萝卜素组分含量为依据,通过聚类分析的方法,对拟引进的200份辣椒种质资源的耐弱光性和耐低温弱光性进行分类,建立辣椒种质资源耐弱光性和低温弱光性信息库,为设施辣椒栽培、辣椒耐性品种选育及分子育种提供部分依据。

英文摘要: The correlations between the changes of carotenoid composition (including lutein, β-carotene, α-carotene, violaxanthin, antheraxanthin, zeaxanthin, neoxanthin and luteinepoxid) and the tolerance of 12 pepper varieties (expressed as the averaged subordinate function values, which has been established ) under low light or low light with low temperature stress will be studied by using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and correlation analysis. Our own research results showed that there were strong positive correlations between the averaged subordinate function values and the carotenoid contents in pepper leaves treated under 28 C/ 18 C, 100 μmolom-2os-1 PFD stress for 5, 10, 15, and 20 days, and significant negative correlations existed between the averaged subordinate function values and the carotenoid contents in pepper leaves treated under 15 C/5 C, 100 μmolom-2os-1 PFD stress for 10, 15, and 20 days. The main objective of this study is to screen suitable carotenoid composition for evaluating low light- tolerance or chilling- and low light- tolerance of pepper seedlings.
