中文摘要: 本项目综合考虑化合物与固溶体的力学性能与腐蚀理论,从材料微观结构设计入手,构造新的结构合金- - Fe-B共晶合金。基于对单相在液态锌中的腐蚀理论和研究方法,研究复合效应,微合金化对合金腐蚀性能的影响,最终研究合金在金属锌液中的腐蚀机理。具体方法是利用热扩渗、共渗和剥离渗层、电解萃取获取单相的研究样本,通过共晶反应巧妙地获取所研究的合金样本。本研究填补了锌液对共晶合金腐蚀机理研究的空白,对丰富液体金属腐蚀理论,研发新一类耐金属液体腐蚀材料具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: A new structural alloy- - - - - - Fe-B eutectic alloy designed from microstructure, according to mechanical properties and corrosion mechanism of compound and solid solution, has been create. The aim of this project is to determine the corrosion mechnism of alloys in molten zinc. Moreover, based on the corrosion theory in molten zinc and research technique of uniphase alloy, the influence of complex effect and microalloying to the corrosion resistance of the alloy will be researched. In addtion, uniphase samples can be obtained by boriding,stripping the coating, electroextraction and alloy samples can be obtained by eutectic reaction. This research should fill the gap of corrosion mechanism on eutectic alloy in molten zinc, enrich the corrosion theory of molten metal and promote new anticorrosion material creation.
