中文摘要: 转子叶片对发动机和动力机械的性能是至关重要的。而结构拓扑优化是现代创新设计的重要手段,因此本课题研究面向快速成型和基于非局部弹性理论的转子叶片的动力学拓扑优化设计有助于显著提升转子的性能。研究首先采用基于非局部弹性理论的结构有限元单元建立转子叶片的有限元模型。探索非局部理论中权函数的选取原则对转子叶片有限元模型精度、效率和振动特征的影响规律。其次,研究采用近似方法建立转子叶片拓扑优化近似显式有限元模型的方法。发展以伴随法和组合近似方法进行灵敏度分析和结构重分析的技术流程。最后,以SIMP法和数学规划法等为基础,结合启发性的技术措施,研究通用、有效和光滑的优化求解策略和高效的数值算法,综合解决涉及拓扑构型和快速成型的转子叶片动力学拓扑优化问题。本项目旨在非局部有限元理论和转子叶片动力学拓扑优化方法等方面取得进展。项目成果可以促进资源节约和拓扑优化结构快速成型方面的结构创新设计等技术的发展。

英文摘要: Rotor blade is very important for performance of engine and power machine.And basing that structural topology optimization is as an important means for modern innovative design,so this topic that will be studied on topology optimization design of rotor blade based on nonlocal elastic theory is helpful to significantly promote performance of rotor.Firstly,using the structure finite element based on nonlocal elastic theory, we will establish the finite elment model of rotor blade.And the exploration for influence law of the finite element model's precision 、efficiency and vibration feature caused by the choice of weight function in nonlocal theory will be carried out.Secondly,we will study on the method for establishment of the approximate and explicit finite element model of rotor blade's topology optimization design by using approximate method.Meanwhile,we will develop the technical process by using adjoint method for the sensitivity analysis and combining with approximation approach for structural reanalysis.Finally,using the foundation of SIMP method and mathematical programming method,we will study general、effective and smooth optimization solution strategy and numerical algorithm by combining with instructiveness technology measures,thus them can be used for the comprehensive solution of topology optimizati
