中文摘要： 由中国数学会主办、首都师范大学承办的“中国数学会2015学术年会暨中国数学会成立八十周年纪念会” 拟定于2015年11月20日-24日在北京召开。本次会议主要内容包括颁发华罗庚数学奖、陈省身数学奖、钟家庆数学奖；进行学术年会报告，邀请国内外100余位优秀数学工作者将在相关专业研究领域上做特邀大会报告和分组报告，报告主题涉及代数与数论、几何与拓扑、分析数学、计算数学、概率和统计、计算与组合优化等。本次会议将邀请国内外数学界专家学者500余人，部分中科院院士，中国数学会历届正副理事长，以及国际数学联盟执行委员会（主席、副主席、秘书长、执委）等也将参加此次会议。

英文摘要： Under the support of Chinese Mathematical Society(CMS) and Capital Normal University, “The 2015 Annual Conference and Celebrating Conference of 80th Anniversary of Chinese Mathematical Society” will be held at Beijing for the period of Nov 20-24, 2015. During this meeting, three important mathematical awards in China will be issued: the HUA Loo-Keng Mathematics Award, CHERN Shiing S. Mathematics Award and ZHONG Jiaqing Mathematics Award. Meanwhile more than 100 outstanding invited speakers will deliver public lectures or section lectures, the topics include number theory, geometry and topology, analytics, computational mathematics, probability and statistics, calculation and optimization, etc. More than 500 mathematicians from China and abroad will attend the conferences including the some academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the previous presidents and vice president of the Chinese Mathematical Society, and the International Mathematical Union (IMU) Executive Committee (president, vice presidents, secretary , and members at large), etc.
