中文摘要: 在当今科技迅猛发展的背景下,国内企业面临技术升级,复杂机电产品设计与开发成为发展的必然。由于复杂机电系统的物质流、能量流和信息流之间相互影响相互耦合,企业工程技术人员依靠设计经验解决复杂机电系统中的问题比较困难。所以急需建立从复杂机电系统物质流、能量流和信息流角度分析和解决复杂机电系统存在问题的理论体系,此类研究具有广阔的应用背景。本项目研究L-T矩阵索引多流动态演化创新设计机理,其中包括L-T矩阵多流索引范式、L-T矩阵索引系统隐性耦合参数显化过程、复杂机电系统设计过程复杂性表征、设计过程复杂性动态仿真过程和面向系统创新设计的功能重构关键技术,最后用合作企业的工程实例验证其科学性。

英文摘要: In the background of today's rapid development of science and technology, domestic enterprises are facing the upgrading of technology,design and development of complex electromechanical products has become the inevitable development.It is difficult for designers to solve problems in complex electromechanical system rely on design experience,because mutual influence and mutual coupling among the material flow, energy flow and information flow of complex electromechanical system.There is an urgent need to establish the theory system to analysis and solve complex electromechanical system problems from the perspective of material flow,energy flow and information flow.These research have broad application background.This project study the multi-stream dynamic evolution innovative design mechanism indexed by L-T matrix.It is Included multi-streaming model indexed by L-T matrix, the implicit coupling parameter remarkable process of system indexed by L-T matrix,the design process complexity characterization of complex electromechanical system, the dynamic simulation of design process complexity and the key technologies of function reconstructs for the innovative design of the system. Finally, its scientific is verified by cooperation enterprise engineering cases.
