中文摘要: 电致变色聚合物作为一种绿色环保、节能低碳的新型功能材料,被认为是目前最有应用前景的智能材料之一。但现有变色器件中存在聚合物薄膜与电极表面粘附不牢及成膜不匀的问题,从而极大地限制了其在固态变色器件中的应用。本项目以与导电电极中铟锡氧化物(ITO)层共价键接的聚合物为研究对象,对变色薄膜的组成、结构、厚度及外界环境条件对变色机制的影响进行深入研究。具体内容包括:设计和合成与ITO共价键接的聚合物;构建一套在线跟踪聚合物薄膜变色过程及动力学的分析理论与方法,从分子水平上解析其变色过程,测定变色过程的动力学;建立固态大面积变色器件的组装工艺和性能优化方法;研究高分子凝胶电解质和离子储存层材料的离子传输机制及稳定性对变色器件性能的影响。本项目旨在揭示与ITO共价键接的聚合物复合膜电致变色的内在本质和规律,为有效解决聚合物变色器件的应用难题和研制出新型全固态聚合物变色器件奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Electrochromic polymers as new functional materials of green environmental protection, energy saving and low carbon, are considered one of the most promising smart materials. But in the existing electrochromic devices, the binding between polymer film and electrode surface is not strong and film is uneven, which greatly limits its application in solid-state electrochromic devices. This project takes the conductive polymer layer covalently bonded with indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode as the research object, makes a deeply study of the influence of composition, structure, thickness of polymer film and external environmental conditions on the electrochromic mechanism. The specific contents include: design and synthesize the polymer covalently bonded with ITO; construct a set of analysis theory and method by which we can trace the electrochromic process of polymer film and its dynamics on line, analyze the electrochromic process from the molecular level, and determine the kinetics; establish the assembly process and performance optimization method of solid-state large-area electrochromic devices; study the effect of ion transport mechanism and stability of polymer gel electrolyte and ion storage layer on the performance of electrochromic device.
