中文摘要: 大多数柔性交流传输系统装置不能同时对电网中的有功潮流和无功潮流进行分别控制,或由于采用直流储能元件而导致设备故障率高、寿命周期短、维护费用高。为此,提出一种无直流储能元件的电能传输控制新技术- - 相位和幅值可控交-交变换器(AC-AC converter with controllable phase and amplitude,ACCPA)。ACCPA具有两个独立控制变量,且不含直流储能元件,其输出电压的相位可超前或滞后调节(相对于输入电压),其输出电压的幅值能够升压或降压控制。ACCPA可有效地同时对线路中的有功潮流和无功潮流进行分别连续控制,提高电网的电能传输能力和电力系统的利用率。研究ACCPA的电路拓扑简化结构、工作原理及控制策略优化,研究不对称条件下的三相输出对称ACCPA技术,引入多电平或多重化概念,研究高压及大电流条件下ACCPA技术。

英文摘要: Most of FACTS (Flexible AC transmission system) devices can not simultaneously regulate the active and reactive power flow in grid respectively, or have the disadvantages of high equipment failure rate, short life cycle and high maintenance cost for adopting DC energy storage component. Therefore, a novel technology for power transmission control without DC energy storage component, AC-AC converter with controllable phase and amplitude (ACCPA) is proposed. ACCPA has two independent control variables, and does not contain DC energy storage component. With respect to the input voltage, the phase of its output voltage can be adjusted leading or lagging, and the amplitude can be regulated step-up or step-down. ACCPA can effectively control the active and reactive power flow in grid respectively and simultaneously, improve the power transmission capacity in grid and the utilization of power system. To research on the simplification of circuit topologies, operational principle and optimal control strategies of ACCPA, study three-phase ACCPA with symmetrical output under conditions of asymmetrical input voltage or load, and investigate the ACCPA under high voltage and large current by using concepts of multilevel or multiple.
