中文摘要: 在各种海冰灾害的监测参数中,海冰厚度是冰量估算、冰情评估、灾害评价和海上航运的重要指标。目前国内外学者已经分别利用被动光学遥感和主动SAR遥感,开展了海冰厚度的遥感探测研究。然而,利用单一手段具有局限性:光学遥感仅适用于薄冰厚度探测;SAR适用于表面形变较大的厚冰厚度探测。因此,结合SAR和光学遥感可更准确的探测不论薄厚的海冰厚度。 本项目拟以海冰生长模型为"桥梁",将SAR和光学遥感两种手段结合起来,建立基于SAR和被动光学遥感的海冰厚度反演模型,发展的模型可同时将海冰温度、盐度、表面粗糙度等相关参数反演出来。 本项目的研究成果可为开展业务化海冰探测提供理论基础和技术支持,进一步为海冰冰情评估、海上航运及局部海域气候研究提供服务。

英文摘要: In various sea ice parameters, sea ice thickness is of important value for ice amount estimation, ice condition assessment, disaster appraisal and marine transportation. At present, some sea ice thickness detection approaches have been studied using passive optical or SAR remote sensing data respectively. However, there are some limits by sole senor: optical remote sensing is applied only to detection thickness of thin ice and SAR is suitable for detecting thickness of thick ice with high deformation surface. Thus combing SAR and optical remote sensing data, we can detection sea ice thickness for both thick and thin. In this proposal, we will establish a sea ice thickness retrieval model by combing SAR and optical remote sensing data. In this model, sea ice growth model will been taken as "bridge" to connecting SAR and optical remote sensing data. The establish model could retrieve others sea ice parameters besides ice thickness, such as sea ice temperature, salinity and surface roughness. The result of this project will provide theoretical and technical support for operational detection of sea ice, furthermore, will provide serves for ice condition assessment, marine transportation and local climate research.
