中文摘要： 糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症，糖化白蛋白（GA）及晚期糖基化终末产物（AGEs）与糖尿病慢性并发症的发生密切相关。GA目前是一临床常用的血糖监测指标，课题组前期研究显示GA可用于糖尿病筛查，在特殊人群中有独特的临床应用价值，和糖尿病慢性并发症之间具有显著的相关性。在前期横断面研究的基础上，进一步采用前瞻性队列研究，探讨由于胰岛β细胞功能减退所引起的血糖波动对GA水平波动的影响，及其与糖尿病视网膜病变发生和发展的关系。为深入阐明糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制提供新发现和新认识，也为糖尿病视网膜病变潜在的药物治疗靶点提供理论依据。

英文摘要： Diabetic retinopathy is a chronic diabetes complication. Glycated albumin (GA) and advanced glycated endproducts(AGEs) can induce chronic diabetic complications. GA currently is a glucose monitoring index commonly used in clinical practice. In our previous studies, GA can be used as diabetes screening index. GA has superior clinical value in specific populations. GA has strong relationship with chronic diabetic complications. Based on our previous findings, we intend to perform a prospective cohort study to examine the pathophysiological effect of GA on the progression of diabetic retinopathy.We also will study whether blood glucose flucuation due to impaired insulin secretion will increase GA level. This study will provide new theoretical evidences for studying the mechanism of diabetic retinopathy and new thoughts for exploring the relationship between glucose monitoring index and chronic diabetic complications.
