中文摘要: 水溶性卟啉和含氟卟啉具有独特的性质,正表现出越来越大的应用前景,两者的结合即含氟水溶性卟啉可能兼具二者的特性,展现出独特的应用。但是对含氟水溶性卟啉的研究还处于空白。本项目拟发展新的合成方法,方便高效地合成各种全氟烷基卟啉,再深入研究它们的反应和性质。进一步,我们会合成一系列至今尚属研究空白的含氟水溶性卟啉,然后研究这些含氟水溶性卟啉的各种应用,包括在催化反应、生物活性和材料方面的应用。通过对含氟卟啉及含氟水溶性卟啉的研究,拟揭示全氟烷基的结构、个数及位置对卟啉大环性质的影响,阐明全氟烷基对卟啉的化学反应性及物理生物性能的调控作用。这将为今后进一步应用含氟水溶性卟啉及含氟卟啉积累经验。

英文摘要: Water-soluble porphyrins and fluoroporphyrins have unique properties and shows more and more potential application. Water-soluble fluoroporphyrins might have the properties from both water-soluble porphyrins and fluoroporphyrins and provide unique application. However, the research on water-soluble fluoroporphyrins is still in blank. This proposal focuses on developing new efficient synthesis routes to various meso-perfluoroalkylated porphyrins, and studying their reactions and properties. New series of water soluble fluoroporphyrins will be synthesized as well. We'll further investigate the application of these newly-developed water-soluble fluoroporphyrins, including the application in catalysis reactions, bioactivity and material field. On the basis of the study on these fluoroporphyrins and water-soluble fluoroporphyrins, the effects of stucture, number and subsitution position of perfluoroalkyl groups on porphyrin macrocycle will be demonstrated. The modulation effects of perfluoroalkyl groups on the reactivity and physical bioactivity of porphyrin will be shown as well. These studies are expected to provide foundation for further application of the (water-soluble) fluoroporphyrins.
