中文摘要: 极紫外频率梳是飞秒激光及精密光谱研究领域最前沿课题之一。本项目首先建成了啁啾镜补偿色散的高功率飞秒钛宝石振荡器,输出平均功率为1.5W、重复频率为175MHz,载波包络相移锁定;通过理论计算分析了飞秒激光脉冲共振增强腔的增强特性,建成了高精细度的腔外飞秒脉冲共振增强腔,实现了飞秒脉冲的干涉叠加增强;利用400mJ的放大飞秒脉冲与惰性气体Ne相互作用产生了高次谐波,比较了长脉冲(25fs)和短脉冲(5fs)产生的高次谐波谱的不同,长脉冲高次谐波谱是分立的奇次谱线,短脉冲高次谐波谱为连续谱线。

英文摘要: Extreme ultraviolet optical frequency is one of the frontier reseaches in the field of femtosecond laser and precision spectroscopy.?First of all, in this project, we built an home-made chirped mirror dispersion compensated femtosecond Ti:sapphire oscillator?with high power of 1.5W, at the repetition of 175MHz and the locked carrier-envelope phase offset frequency.?Then, through theory?caculations we analised the characteristics of the femtosecond resonant enhancement cavity, such as dispersion, fineness,enhancement factor and bandwidth and so on, and developed an outside enhancement cavity for the Ti:sapphire oscillator. Lastly, We used 400mJ amplified femtolaser as the driver and interacted with Ne gas to generate the HHG. As a result, the long pulses can produce the seperated HHG, the short pulses the continuum.
