中文摘要: 随着新型微电子器件在航空机载设备领域的广泛应用,重离子辐射效应引发的航电设备失效成为新的不容忽视的安全隐患。欧美先进适航局方已经意识到重离子辐射效应的危害,但并未给出具体的解决方法。本课题针对新型航空电子设备的重离子辐射效应,以基于SRAM型器件的航空数据总线作为研究对象,研究模拟航空辐射环境的故障注入模型,并建立辐射效应仿真测试平台;融合民机系统安全性评估理论和方法,研究航电设备在辐射效应下的失效模式与机理,研究航空电子设备的抗辐射加固技术以及辐射效应的安全性定性和定量评估方法。本研究可为我国适航局方监管航空重离子辐射效应的风险、制定相应技术标准提供技术支持,并可为新型航空电子设备研制提供重离子辐射防护和安全性评估方面的理论和技术参考。

英文摘要: With the new microelectronic devices widely used in the field of avionics equipment, the avionics equipment failure caused by heavy ion radiation effects has become a civil aviation safety hazard. The advanced airworthiness councils of Europe and the United States have realized the problem of heavy ion radiation effects but without specific solutions. The applicants are requested to identify the malfunction or failure of heavy ion radiation effects, take protective measures to eliminate the malfunction or failure. In this study, a radiation effects simulation test platform is established for the new avionics heavy ion radiation effects, the SRAM -type devices based aviation data bus is taken as a research object, and the fault injection model and techniques with air radiation environment simulation are studied. Based on civil aircraft system safety assessment theory, avionics failure mode and mechanism of radiation effects are researched, radiation hardening technology of avionics and security qualitative and quantitative assessment methods are studied. This study may provide technical support for the airworthiness Bureau to develop the appropriate technical standards and regulatory aviation effects of heavy ion radiation risk, and provide theoretical and technical reference for heavy ion radiation protection an
