中文摘要: 全世界磷石膏的排放量不断增多,磷石膏的堆存不仅占用大量土地,对地表、水体、土壤、植被、大气环境造成污染,而其本身却是一种资源。因此,磷石膏的处理和转化的终端利用技术是非常有必要的。本项目以磷石膏的综合利用为背景,研究磷石膏通过纯碱碳酸钠转化联产硫酸钠和水泥的工艺技术,建立磷化工、纯碱工业和水泥工业的耦合。通过化学反应制备硫酸钠和碳酸钙,且将转化制备的碳酸钙用于生产硅酸盐水泥。重点研究磷石膏技术共性问题,完成磷石膏转化工艺技术及其反应过程热力学和动力学基础研究,得到由物料配比,液固比,反应时间,反应温度、pH值、搅拌强度等反应条件组成的工艺参数,研究湿法磷酸工艺的改进,磷石膏的预处理,控制磷石膏杂质含量,使碳酸钠与磷石膏表面进行充分接触。研究此条件下硫酸钠和碳酸钙的结晶,获得符合国家标准的硫酸钠产物和可用于水泥生产的碳酸钙。最后还将研究中间产物碳酸钙生产水泥的循环应用和技术可行性问题。

英文摘要: With the development of phosphate industry, a rapid release of phosphogypsum occurs day by day,the Storage of phosphogypsum not only takes up a lot of land, pollute the surface, water, soil, vegetation, atmospheric environment, but also a waste of valuable resources. Therefore, the terminal chemical treatment and transformation of phosphorus gypsum utilization technology is very necessary. This project is based on the background of comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum, Study on the phosphogypsum conversion process of sodium sulfate and cement by sodium carbonate, establish coupling of the phosphorus chemical industry, soda ash industry and cement industry. Preparation of sodium sulfate and calcium carbonate through chemical reaction, and the conversion of calcium carbonate preparation for the production of Portland cement. Focus on technology problem of phosphogypsum, complete the Phosphogypsum conversion technology and its thermodynamics and kinetics of reaction process, obtain the process parameters of reaction conditions such as the ratio of raw materials, liquid-solid ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature, pH value and stirring intensity, study on improvement of wet process phosphoric acid technology, pretreated phosphogypsum, control the impurity content of phosphogypsum, make full contact of sodium carbonate and phosphate gypsum on surface. Study on the crystallization conditions of sodium sulfate and calcium carbonate, to obtain sodium sulfate products in line with national standards and calcium carbonate can be used for cement stone. Study on circulating utilization and technical feasibility problems for intermediate product of calcium carbonate to cement production at last.
