中文摘要: 基于多媒体地图、Web技术、GIS与地理超媒体的最新研究进展,将地理视频/立体视频引入地理信息科学领域,从集成视频、二维/三维GIS的多模式地理表达角度,探讨其数据采集与处理方法、三维数据模型、Web服务接口设计并进行应用验证。本课题应用采集的地理视频,借助于摄像机追踪与影像匹配等计算机视觉方法提取视频场景的三维结构信息并进行深入应用,设计地理视频三维数据模型,研究视频与GIS的集成及可视化机制,将视频场景与三维模型进行融合以建立动态视频遮罩;并定义Web服务接口,在PC及移动平台上进行应用试验以验证相关设计。课题属于地理信息科学、计算机视觉以及多媒体地图等领域的交叉研究,成果能实现视频与二维地图、三维模型的有机集成,拓展GIS表达方式,在设施管理、应急处理、地理教育等领域具有实用价值。

英文摘要: Based on the advances of the multimedia map,web technology, GIS and geographic hypermedia, the GeoVideo or stereo video are introduced to GIScience in the sight of multimodal geographic representation on the basis of integration of video and two/three dimensional GIS. The data capture/process methods, three dimensional data model, web services interface design and application development of GeoVideo are discussed in detail.This subject focus on the acquisition and utilization of the three dimensional structure information of the video scene based on the computer vision methods such as camera tracking and image matching for normal video and stereo video. The topics include: (1)the three dimensional data model for GeoVideo;(2)the integration and visualization mechanism of video and GIS;(3) the fusion of video scene and three dimensional models to generate the dynamic video cover;(4)the design of the web service interface and application on the PC or mobile environment to validate related design.The project is the interdisciplinary subject of the GIScience,computer vision and multimedia map,etc. The results will implement the integration of video and two dimensional map or the three dimensional model and expand the GIS representation.
