中文摘要: 为了探索新型可低温烧结的微波介质材料体系,研究微波介质材料的结构-性能关系,本项目以岩盐结构A4BO5型岩盐结构化合物为研究对象,根据岩盐结构化合物的晶体结构特征,通过不同半径离子的组合固溶对其进行结构协调改性,合成与制备系列A4BO5型陶瓷材料,并开展岩盐结构微波介质陶瓷与器件的开发与研究。从离子极化率、离子有序类型和有序度、晶格振动特性、成键特性等角度揭示该类材料的组成、结构与微波介电性能之间的关系,为岩盐结构化合物微波介电材料体系的选择和设计提供理论依据和实验基础。

英文摘要: In order to search for novel low-firing microwave dielectric materials and to explain the relationship between structure and the microwave properties, in this project, rock-salt structured compounds with a general formula A4BO5 will be studied in detail. Based on the crystal structural characteristics, structural adjustment on A4BO5 will be carried out through ionic substitution. A4BO5 ceramics will be prepared and their microwave dielectric properties will be systematically investigated. The relationship between composition, structure and microwave dielectric properties of A4BO5 ceramics will also be studies based on the theories on ionic polarizability, cation ordering, lattice vibration and band valance. These studies will provide theoretical and experimental basis for the microwave dielectric properties of rock-salt structured materials.
