中文摘要: 闭环供应链实现了产品的可回收及再利用、环境的可持续发展,企业实施闭环供应链管理成为一种新趋势。本项目在闭环供应链链间竞争的经济背景下,研究政府宏观干预对于闭环供应链竞争行为及结果的影响。首先,研究政府干预下的竞争闭环供应链结构选择问题,利用二层规划理论,建立基于二层规划的竞争闭环供应链结构选择模型;接着,分析政府宏观干预对于竞争闭环供应链回收渠道选择的影响,建立基于二层规划的竞争闭环供应链渠道选择模型;其次,针对一般的复杂闭环供应链系统,利用变分不等式的方法及均衡理论刻画闭环供应链与闭环供应链之间是如何竞争的。在此基础上,分析政府部门的宏观干预政策如何影响闭环供应链链间的竞争行为,建立基于二层规划的竞争闭环供应链网络间的竞争模型,并给出模型的有效求解算法。最后,将理论研究成果应用于实证分析,研究结果对闭环供应链结构选择、渠道回收选择以及政府宏观调控政策的制定等问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。

英文摘要: Closed-loop supply chain realized the recyclability and reuse of products, as well as environmental sustainability, enterprise to implement closed-loop supply chain management has become a new trend. At the economic background of competition between closed-loop supply chains, this project mainly disscussed the effect of government's macro intervention to the competitive behaviors and results of closed-loop supply chains. First, it researched the structure selection problem of competitive closed-loop supply chains under government intervention, and a structure selection model of competitive closed-loop supply chains is constructed by using the bilevel programming theory; Then, it further analyzed the impact of government's macro intervention to the recovery channel selection of competitive closed-loop supply chains, and a recovery channel selection model is constructed by using the bilevel programming theory; Secondly, for the the general complex closed-loop supply chain system, it characterized that how do the closed-loop supply chains compete against each other by using the variational inequalities and equilibrium theory.
