中文摘要: 有害功能的识别与消除是提高产品突破性创新原理解理想化水平的重要途径。课题以有害功能的衍生规律为切入点,研究有害功能产生与演化机理、有害功能演化诱因关系、有害功能演化时序关系、有害功能演化动态模型、有害功能动态仿真方法、有害功能与消除方式对应关系、有害功能动态处理方法。研究旨在克服产品突破性创新原理解构建中有害功能事后处理的危害,形成较完整的有害功能产生与演化机理体系,利用贝叶斯推理方法、系统动力学、以TRIZ为核心的技术创新方法等,建立可操作、动态适应的有害功能的识别与消除建模方法,并通过工程案例验证方法的有效性。研究成果整体有望形成产品突破性创新原理解构建中有害功能识别与消除的支撑技术,以有效指导研发人员从有害功能前端预防的角度分阶段、分步骤地提升创新原理解的理想化水平。

英文摘要: The identification and elimination of harmful function is an important way to improve the ideal level of the product radical innovation principle solutions. Regarding harmful function derivative rules as the breakthrough point, the evolution mechanism, evolution cause relationship, evolution sequence, evolutionary dynamic model, dynamic simulation method, relationship between harmful function and eliminate method, deal metod of harmful function. The study aimed to overcome the dangers of harmful function post-processing of the product radical innovation principle solutions, and to form a complete system of harmful function evolution mechanism. Using the method of system dynamics, bayesian inference, innovation method with the core of TRIZ, etc., an operational, dynamic adaptation modeling technology and method of harmful function recognition and elimination is established. Then the feasibility and validity is verified by actual engineering cases. Research results as a whole is expected to form the intellectual support for identification and elimination methods of harmful function in product radical innovation principle solutions, and to effectively guide the research and development personnel to build high quality innovative principle solutions through step by step.
