中文摘要: 项目设计合成了多种结构功能的配体及相应的金属配合物,研究了以此为基础的功能金属胶束体系模拟天然酶的催化效应及选择性能。探讨了金属配合物催化核酸模型化合物水解反应及过氧化氢氧化酚类物质的氧化反应的动力学特征及反应机理,建立了相应的动力学模型。研究了将有机小分子配体作为对生物体内微量重金属离子进行选择性识别的荧光探针,实现了探针对溶液中汞离子等金属离子的高灵敏度、高选择性识别,并已将其成功应用于活细胞内微量汞离子的可视化研究。本项目的研究对更好地理解天然酶的催化机理及生理活性,以及对工业上含酚污水的处理和合成新型功能高分子材料提供了基础研究数据,对实现生物体内微量金属离子的"实时、在线"检测及其生理、病理研究提供了有价值的理论及实践参考。作为研究内容的扩展,我们对功能性纳米材料在生物学上的应用也进行了一些探索性的研究,相关研究结果将为新型纳米材料的制备及应用提供有意义的研究思路。

英文摘要: Several kinds of metal complexes with different structure and function have been designed and synthesized. The catalytic effect and selective performance of these systems based on functional metallomicelles on mimicking natural enzymes have been studied. The dynamic characteristics and reaction mechanisms of the hydrolysis of nuclease model complexes and the oxidation of phenolic compounds with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by metal complexes have been investigated, respectively. The kinetic equations for metallomicellar catalysis are established. The highly sensitive and selective detections of heavy and transition metal ions in biological entities by using small organic ligands as the fluorescent probes have also been studied, and their visualization researches in living cells have been realized. These studies provide foundational data for better understanding the catalytic mechanisms and physiological activities of natural enzymes, for the treatment of waste water containing phenolic compounds, and for the preparation of new functional polymers. At the same time, these investigations also provide valuable theoretical and practical references for the real-time and online detection of trace metal ions in biological entities. As the expansion of our reserch work, the exploratory reserches of the functional nano-materials in the biological applications have been conducted. The results of related studies will provide meaningful reserch ideas for the preparation and application of new nano-materals.
