中文摘要: 本申请项目拟采用DSC、DTA、TEM、SEM、EDS 和X-衍射等分析测试手段,通过实验研究和理论分析相结合的方法,系统研究Fe 基非晶合金基体中异质非晶结构和纳米晶的形成过程及演变机理。确定异质非晶结构、纳米晶粒的形成;观察异质非晶结构、纳米晶粒的形成和长大过程;阐明成核元素的扩散机理;揭示热处理对异质非晶结构、纳米晶粒的种类、数量、分布、形貌、尺寸的作用规律,进而从微观层次解释Fe 基非晶合金的软磁性能、机械性能表现出的物理现象;构建Fe 基非晶合金中异质非晶结构与纳米晶粒析出转化的物理模型。. 该项目的完成不仅能够丰富Fe 基非晶金属材料学理论,也为新型高性能的非晶合金/纳米晶软磁材料的研究开发提供新的方法和理论依据。

英文摘要: In this application, the analytical tools of DSC, DTA, TEM, SEM, EDS and X-ray diffraction are used. The formation and evolution mechanism of the heterogeneous amorphous structures and the nanocrystals in Fe-based bulk amorphous alloys are studied comprehensivly and systematically, combining experimental research and theoretical analysis; determining the formation of heterogeneous amorphous alloy structures and nanocrystals; observing the formation and growth process of heterogeneous amorphous alloy structures and the nanocrystals; clarifing the diffusion mechanism of nucleation elements; revealing the role of heat treatment on type, quantity, distribution, morphology and size of heterogeneous amorphous structures and nanocrystals, and then explaining the physical phenomena of Fe-based amorphous alloys in soft magnetic and mechanical properties from the microscopic view point; building the precipitation and transformation model of heterogeneous amorphous structure and nanocrystals in Fe-based bulk amorphous alloys..The completion of this application can not only enrich the theory of Fe-based amorphous alloy materials science,but also provide a new method and theoretical basis for the research and development of new amorphous alloy/nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials with high properties.
