中文摘要: 为解决高涨的卫星网络流量与有限的网络节点及链路能力之间的不匹配,导致卫星网络容易发生拥塞的问题,本项目将基于图论中的网络流理论,利用卫星网络在信息层面的物理抽象和数学描述,分析拓扑高动态变化对拥塞控制的要求以及对控制性能的影响。针对卫星网络高动态高误码特性对拥塞控制的制约,提出基于高速时变网络估计的拥塞控制方法;确立误码丢包条件下基于跨层的传输控制新方法;建立基于主动队列管理和权重分配的队列管理与调度新机制;研究约束条件下拥塞控制与时延和带宽变化的关系模型,参照解析理论及数学模型建立拥塞控制的评价标准及模型;进一步,完成关键技术的仿真测试与分析。研究成果将为卫星网络拥塞控制机制的建立,及未来卫星网络资源的优化配置、更好的控制管理和全网性能的提升提供技术保障,同时为我国星载路由器以及接入终端的研制提供坚实的理论基础和技术储备。

英文摘要: The high traffic of satellite network does not confirm to limited network node and link capacity, which causes easily congestion problem in satellite network. To overcome this problem, this project analyses the impact of high dynamic change of topology on requirement and performance of congestion control based on graph theory and network flew theory, by adapting physical abstract and mathematical description of satellite network on the information level. For the restrictive factor of high BER and high dynamic in satellite network congestion control, the project proposes a new method of cross-layer transmit control in the condition of packet loss due to wireless link error based on high-speed time-varying network estimate and a new mechanism of queue management and scheduling with active queue management and weight allocation. It makes researches on the relational model between congestion control and the change of bandwidth delay product, conducts evaluation standard and model according to the analytic theory and mathematical models, then builds simulation system and completes simulation testing and analysis of the key technology.
