中文摘要: 社会化媒体正成为人人参与信息和知识交流分享的重要平台,积累了大量的知识资源,但同时由于社会化媒体中知识内容分散、格式混乱、质量参差不齐、数量繁多等问题,有用的知识资源难以有效地萃取、组织和应用,不能发挥其应有的价值。本项目将以群体智慧为基础,根据知识管理的不同环节,研究社会化媒体中大众参与机制的激励措施和影响因素,实现社会化媒体中海量知识的有效利用。在知识产生环节,研究大众参与知识贡献的质量保障机制,提高知识创造的质量;在知识萃取环节,通过对社会化评论内容的衡量指标分析,实现高质量知识的挑选;在知识组织环节,通过对大众行为的分析和社会化标签的体系设计,来构建知识分类和关联网络;在知识服务环节,基于用户偏好模型与社会化推荐,提供与用户场景匹配的个性化知识服务。最终,本项目利用群体智慧,挖掘和沉淀社会化媒体中的大量知识,为大众提供知识服务,并在知识利用过程中实现知识的自增长和自完善。

英文摘要: Social media has become an important platform for people to participate in knowledge sharing and exchange, gathered with a great amount of information resources. Meanwhile, faced with four severe problems: scattered content, disordered format, uneven quality and large quantity; valuable knowledge in social media is difficult for us to extract, organize and apply, failing to be brought into full use. Based on collective intelligence, this project will solve problems of knowledge management in social media according to different phases, including its incentive mechanisms and influence factors of public participation, in order to realize effective utilization of massive information in social media. In the process of knowledge generation, we study the quality assurance methods in knowledge contribution, aimed to improve the quality of knowledge; in the process of knowledge extraction, through analysis of diverse measures of social comments, we can pick up high-value knowledge; in the process of knowledge organization, we rely on analysis of mass behavior and improvement of social tagging design, so as to form the knowledge classification and linkage network; in the process of knowledge service, with user preference models and social recommendation as our basis, we can provide personalized knowledge service matched with diverse scenarios. In a word, this project tends to filter and deposit useful knowledge in social media based on collective intelligence, aimed at providing knowledge service to everyone, and achieving self-growth and self-improvement of knowledge during knowledge utilization.
