中文摘要: 低矮房屋结构是土木工程结构中受台风影响最为普遍、最为严重的结构。因此,本项目将对典型低矮房屋结构台风灾害易损性研究。采用荷载规范、风洞试验给出建筑物内外表面风压。基于可靠度理论和蒙特卡罗方法,分析典型低矮房屋结构在不同台风作用下结构发生破坏的可能性,得出典型低矮房屋结构单体易损性曲线,分析不同关键影响因素对结构台风灾害易损性影响程度,采用概率统计方法,提出低矮房屋结构基于参数化易损性模型。低矮房屋结构易损性研究成果可为台风灾害预警、台风灾害预测、台风灾害损失评估及结构抗风设计提供数值参考和建议。该项目研究符合国家防灾减灾的政策,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

英文摘要: The low-rise building is the structure in civil engineering structure that is the most commonly and most seriously affected by the typhoon. Therefore, Typhoon vulnerability of low-rise buildings is researched in this project. Wind pressure inside and outside a surface of buildings is given by standardized load or wind tunnel tests. Based on the reliability theory and monte carlo method, the damage possibility of low-rise buildings under the effect of different typhoon is analyzed; and the monomer vulnerability curve of typical low-rise building structure is given. The influence degree of different key factors on vulnerability is analyzed. Based on the probability statistics method, typhoon vulnerability model based on parameters of low-rise buildings is proposed. The research results on typhoon vulnerability of low-rise buildings can provide the reference and advice for early warning of the typhoon disaster, forecast of the typhoon disaster, damage assessment of the typhoon disaster and wind-resistant design of structures. The project conforms to the state policy of disaster prevention and mitigation; and the research has important theory value and practical significance.
