中文摘要: 掺Ce3+离子含高浓度Gd2O3的硼硅酸盐闪烁玻璃具有密度大、抗辐射、衰减时间短及闪烁光输出强度大等优异特性。因此价格低廉而性能优良的闪烁玻璃有望取代价格昂贵的单晶体在闪烁探测器得到应用。本项目拟建立Ce3+离子在玻璃中与局域配位体相互作用的理论模型,研制出具有高密度与高光输出等性能优良的掺Ce3+ 硼硅酸盐闪烁玻璃,开拓非晶态闪烁体材料新领域。开展非晶态闪烁体的基础科学研究,从理论和实验研究探索玻璃的闪烁发光机理。研究含高浓度Gd2O3硼硅酸盐玻璃的形成区,探讨玻璃组成、结构与其物化性能,Ce3+掺杂浓度、能量转换效率与闪烁光输出强度的关系,进行束流测试实验,研究不同样品厚度、束流强度及能量的闪烁光输出特性。在此基础上,研制高光输出、高密度的闪烁玻璃。旨在研制出高性能闪烁玻璃,最终应用于高能物理与核物理实验研究、核医学诊断及地质勘探探测器等领域中。

英文摘要: The Ce3+ doped borosilicate scintillating glasses with high Gd2O3 contrations possess the excellent properties of high density, resist radiation, short decay time and high light yield. So the low price glasses with high performances may replace the expensive crystals in the scintillation detector.The object of this project is to establish the mutual action theretical models between Ce3+ ion and locality ligand in the glasses.The Ce3+ doped borosilicate scintillating glasses with high light yield and high density will be developed. The frontiers of non-crystalline scintillator materials will be advanced. The basic scientific study of non-crystalline scintillator will be developed. The glass radioliminescence mechanism will be discussed through both theoretical and experimental studies. Glass forming regions in borosilicate glasses with high Gd2O3 contrations system will be determined. The relationships of composition, structure properties of the glasses and the Ce3+ dopant concentration, energy conversion efficiency, the light intensity will be discussed. The experiment of beam test will be performed.The influences of different sample thickness、the beam intensity and energy on the scintillating output characteristics will be studied.
