中文摘要: 当前我国高速铁路无砟轨道普遍出现不同程度的表面损伤问题,而现有的检测理论与方法无法达到高精度、高速度、高准确度及全自动化的要求。本项目拟开展基于3D激光超高速云点感应系统的无砟轨道表面特征评价方法研究。在本团队已有的道路信息数字化采集及自动分析系统的研究基础上,根据高速铁路检测需求,研究超高速云点感应、3D成像传感器阵列、高精度卫星定位及高性能海量数据传输与处理系统的集成机理与工作机制;结合无砟轨道结构特征,研究表面损伤的识别算法、描述方法、分类算法和测量指标体系,建立适用于无砟轨道表面损伤模式的高速高精度图像处理方法;基于现有无砟轨道维修标准,统计分析现场时间序列观测数据,研究表面损伤扩展规律,构建无砟轨道表面特征的智能评价方法。项目研究成果将有利于促进我国无砟轨道表面特征自动检测理论与方法的发展,为无砟轨道的维修养护决策提供理论指导及数据支撑。

英文摘要: At present, there are a lot of structure damage problems on the surface of high speed rail non-ballasted track in our country, however, the existing detection theories and evaluation methods can't meet the requirement, which should be high precision, high speed, high accuracy and completely automatic. Based on the current research results of our team, which were about highway digitization and information automatic collection system, this project will focus on the non-ballasted track, try to study the integration and working mechanism of the Point-cloud Sensor System, 3D image sensor array, highly accurate Global Positioning System and high-performance data processing system. Secondly, according to the features of non-ballasted track, the high speed and accurate image processing methods will be constructed for surface damage problems of non-ballasted track, by studying the recognition algorithm, description method, classification algorithm and measurement index. Finally, the automatic evaluation method for the surface damage problems of non-ballasted track will be introduced by combining with the existing railway maintain standard, analyzing the observation data and the propagation rules of the surface damage. The research results should be useful to promote automatic testing theories and methods development for the high speed rail non-ballasted track, and also, to afford as the theoretical direction and data supporting for repairing and maintenance of high speed rail non-ballasted track.
