中文摘要: UWB终端和移动通信终端都要求天线小型化和宽带化,微带缝隙天线在这两个领域中应用有一些共同的规律和相似的技术可以相互借鉴和利用。本课题主要研究内容是:(1)研究UWB终端天线与移动通信终端天线的设计方法,提出将两个应用领域的天线设计技术相互融合的发明新方法。利用二者的共性,借鉴UWB天线技术来对移动通信终端天线进行创新发明,再利用二者的差异将发明成果应用在UWB领域,扩大创新成果的应用范围。(2)研究降低(或提高)微带缝隙天线的谐振频率技术、天线的宽带匹配技术,提出适合于UWB以及移动通信终端两个应用领域的天线小型化与宽带化新技术,给出新型天线结构,设计新型手机天线和UWB天线,解决小型宽带微带缝隙天线设计的技术问题。(3)研究微带缝隙天线的辐射原理,建立天线的宽带匹配理论,为此类型天线设计提供简单、有效、快捷的理论与技术指导。

英文摘要: Antennas applied in UWB and mobile communication terminals have the same characteristics of low profile and wide frequency bandwidth. Microstrip slot antenna is popularly used in the two fields. There are some similar rules and techniques in designing wideband and miniature slot antennas for UWB and mobile terminals. The following research will be developed in the project: (1) A novel antenna design method will be proposed with integrating of UWB antenna and mobile antenna design techniques. The novel antenna design method is based on the fact that antennas used in both fields have the same characteristics of small size and wide bandwidth. The novel design method is to start with a type of miniature UWB antenna, then modify its structure to apply in mobile terminals. The modified antenna structure can be used in the UWB terminal to enlarge its applications in different fields. (2) Techniques of decreasing resonant frequencies of a UWB antenna structure to mobile frequency bands, increasing resonant frequencies of a mobile antenna to UWB bands, and reducing antenna return loss to obtain wideband impedance matching will be studied. Methods of realization of miniaturization and wide bandwidth available in UWB and mobile communication fields will be presented. New antenna structures will be developed. (3) Radiation theory of microstrip slot antenna will be introduced to build wideband impedance theory and guide antenna engineers to design microstrip slot antenna with a simple and efficient way.
