中文摘要: 发展再制造产业是解决全球性资源短缺和环境污染问题的重要战略途径,已成为世界各国的必然选择。本课题设计了基于灰色聚类分析的我国再制造产业发展总体情况调研方案,深入调研与把握产业发展的整体状况及其存在的主要问题;创新性地构建了一种基于资源与价值传递关系的再制造产业GERT网络模型,科学辨识与评价网络中的重要价值节点与链条;利用再制造产业GERT网络,揭示再制造产业培育中的"产业种子创生、植入机理与核生长机理"、"利益协调机理"以及"产业集聚与扩散机理",有效破解严重影响我国再制造产业发展的三个关键问题;在此基础上,设计了多阶段、多维度的再制造产业政策组合体系,构建了基于GERT网络资源优化配置的两级、多目标规划再制造产业政策组合优选模型,有效解决政策组合的设计与优选问题;最后,以我国汽车零部件再制造产业为案例,检验与修正本课题所揭示的机理、所构建的模型以及提炼出优选政策组合的进一步改进方案。

英文摘要: Developing remanufacturing industry is an important strategic solution for global resource shortage and environment pollution problems, which has become an inevitable choice for countries all over the world. A investigation on the general situation of China's the remanufacturing industry is firstly conducted with grey clustering analysis method, which can be utilized to analyze and evaluated the development situation and the existing problems of China's remanufacturing industry. A GERT network model on remanufacturing industry is innovatively constructed on the base of the transitive relation between resource and value. The valuable nodes and chains of the GERT network model are employed to distinguish and evaluate those important effects on the GERT network model. Based on that, the cultivation mechanisms of remanufacturing industry, concluding planting industry seed, developing industry core, profit coordinating of participants, industry clustering and developing as well as the industry policy roles, can be revealed, which can provides scientific support to solve key problems in the development of remanufacturing industry in China.
