中文摘要: 聚合物复合材料中铁磁填料在摩擦过程中会产生摩擦诱导磁化现象,这一现象反过来又会对摩擦过程产生重要影响,但至今关于这方面的研究还鲜见报道。本项目拟通过对含有铁磁性填料的聚合物复合材料摩擦诱导磁化规律的研究,弄清其对摩擦副摩擦学特性的影响,以期利用这一摩擦伴生物理行为实现对摩擦过程的有利调控,达到减摩、耐磨、延寿、稳定运行的功效。本项目将系统研究聚合物复合材料中铁磁性填料特性(物质、形状、大小、含量等)与其摩擦诱导磁化的关系,摩擦诱导磁化与服役条件(速度、载荷、温度、湿度、润滑等)的关系,系统分析这种摩擦诱导磁化现象的机理,弄清含有铁磁填料的聚合物复合材料摩擦诱导磁化现象对摩擦过程中的物质迁移和转移膜形态的影响过程、对摩擦学特性的影响规律,希望通过这一摩擦诱导磁化作用促进转移膜的形成与稳定,达到进一步稳定摩擦过程、减摩延寿的目的。

英文摘要: Friction induced magnetization of the ferromagnetic fillers in the polymer composites will generate during friction, which will affect the friction process in turn. However, so far as we know, the research in this area is rarely reported. In this proposal, the law of friction induced magnetization of the polymer composites containing ferromagnetic fillers is planned to be investigated. Its impact on the tribological characteristics of the friction pairs will also be studied. The friction process is expected to be favorably controlled by the friction induced magnetization, a physical behavior associated with friction, in order to achieve anti-friction, anti-wear, life extension, and stable operation. The relations between the ferromagnetic filler characteristics (such as material, shape, size, content, etc.) and friction induced magnetization will be systematically studied, and the relationship between the friction induced magnetization and service conditions (speed, load, temperature, humidity, lubrication, etc.) will also be tested. The mechanism of friction induced magnetization will be comprehensively analyzed.
