中文摘要: 对于正常个体而言,所获信息中约80%来自视觉输入。因此,学会快速、准确地获得视觉信息对我们日常生活和工作具有重要意义。现有研究证据表明,视知觉学习可能卷入了从包括视觉皮层到高级注意、决策皮层的多个脑区。然而,各脑区究竟怎样协同合作、整合信息并最终在视知觉学习中发挥作用、视知觉学习中的迁移现象是否与脑区之间的信息整合有关目前尚不清楚。在此背景下,本项目拟将利用最新脑网络分析技术,考察视知觉学习中的脑功能网络变化及其与学习效果的关系。通过操纵知觉学习的条件,本项目还将进一步考察视知觉学习中迁移对脑功能网络可塑性的影响。本项目的完成有助于揭示学习、迁移与脑可塑性的本质,为正常群体生活和工作中视知觉能力的提高以及某些特殊人群神经系统引起的视觉障碍的治疗提供科学的指导。

英文摘要: For normal individuals, about eighty percent of our obtained information is from visual input. Thus, learning to fast and accurately get visual information has great significance to our daily life and work. Previous studies indicate visual perceptual learning(VPL) involves areas including visual cortex and advanced decision-making and attention regions. However, it is still unclear how these areas interact, cooperate and finally play the role in VPL and whether the interaction and cooperation among areas is related to the transfer in VPL.By using of the latest brain network analysis techniques, this project will investigate how functional network change during VPL and how these changes are related to learning effect. Through the comparison of the specificity and transfer groups, we will further test the influence of the transfer in VPL on functional network plasticity. This project will improve our understanding of learning, transfer and brain plasticity. In addition, it will provide the scientific evidence for how to improve visual perceptual skills in normal individuals and how to treat visual impairment caused by nervous system in some special populations.
