中文摘要: 螺旋藻、节旋藻是产氧光能自养型原核微生物,因兼具植物和细菌的特点,导致不同阶段、不同学者采用植物学或细菌学分类原则对其进行分类,形成多种分类系统并存但不一致的局面,出现同一藻株不同名称、同一名称不同藻株的混乱现象,限制了螺旋藻、节旋藻的进一步研究和应用。本项目以渤海海滨多样化的湿地为对象,进行螺旋藻、节旋藻资源调查,以其获得大量藻株,一方面为饲料、食品、药品等应用领域提供优质藻种,解决养殖藻种单一问题,另一方面为课题研究提供充足的分类材料。在资源调查基础上,选择相对保守且能够反映不同进化速度的多个功能基因进行螺旋藻、节旋藻及其相关属种的系统发育分析,旨在寻找有效的分类指标和方法,对原有的分类系统进行修正、补充和完善,提出可指导鉴定实践的分类系统。该项目的完成不仅是螺旋藻、节旋藻理论和应用研究的基础,是完善蓝细菌分类系统的重要支撑,而且也填补了国内在螺旋藻、节旋藻资源调查和分类研究的空白。

英文摘要: Spirulina and Arthrospira are belong to oxygenic photoautotrophic prokaryotes, so they have both phytological and bacteriological characteristics,and were classified according to phytological or bacteriological principles by different scholars in different stages.This phenomenon result in forming situation that multiple and atypism taxonomic systems were coexistence, for example, the same strain of algae has different names, and different strain of algae has the same name. These disordered phenomenons of taxonomic system restrict further study and commercial application of Spirulina and Arthrospira. In this project, we firstly investigate the resources of Spirulina and Arthrospira growing in diversified wetland of the Bohai seaside, and possibly obtain a lot of algae strains, On the one hand, it provide high-quality species of Spirulina and Arthrospira for various applied area, such as supply raw material for feed, food, medicines, cosmetics processing and so on, and solve the problem that farming species is unitary. On the other hand, the strains of algae from resources survey provide enough materials for taxonomic study in the project. On the basis of resources investigation, the DNA molecules that are more conservative and able to reflect the different speed of evolution are used to analyse the phylogenes
