中文摘要: 直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)由于具有高效、高可靠性、环保、体积小等优点,在新能源领域引起人们的广泛关注。目前DMFC所面临的主要问题是基于铂基的阴极氧气还原反应(ORR)催化剂成本高,耐甲醇能力差。金属酞菁类催化剂对氧气还原具有较好的活性和良好的耐甲醇特性引起人们的极大兴趣,但其催化活性和稳定性相对较低。针对酞菁类催化剂存在的缺点,本项目制备新型的酞菁/石墨烯复合材料作为氧气还原的催化剂,拟采用化学键接、π-π堆积作用、静电自组装以及在石墨烯模板存在下的酞菁溶剂热合成的方法制备复合材料,研究石墨烯与酞菁之间的相互作用力、酞菁在模板石墨烯上的聚集形态及含量和不同金属酞菁对氧气还原催化性能的影响,对反应机理进行研究,进而总结微观结构及复合材料两相间相互作用对催化性能的影响,制备出稳定性好、耐甲醇能力强、对氧气还原催化性能优异的新型酞菁/石墨烯阴极氧气还原催化剂,为DMFC的应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: Direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC) has received extensive attention in the filed of new energy resources because it has the advantage of high efficiency, high reliablity, environmental protection, small size, etc. Main problems currently facing the DMFC is based on the high cost and poor methanol resistance of platinum based catalysts for cathode oxygen reduction reaction(ORR). In recent years, phthalocyanine-like catalysts aroused researchers' great interst because of their good activity and good methanol-resistant characteristic for ORR, but its catalytic activity and stability is relatively low. Against disadvantages for phthalocyanine-like catalysts, we prepare novel phthalocyanine/graphene composites as catalysts for ORR in this project. We will adopt four methods of chemical bonding, π-π stacking interaction, electrostatic self-assembly, and phthalocyanine solvothermal synthesis in the presence of graphene to prepare phthalocyanine/graphene composite materials, study effect of the interaction between graphene and phthalocyanine, aggregation morphology and content of phthalocyanine in template graphene and different metal phthalocyanine on oxygen catalytic reduction performance, study the reaction mechanism, and then sum the microstructure and interaction between two phases of composites on the catalytic perfo
