中文摘要: 高活性可见光响应光催化材料的结构设计与可控制备是光催化领域的前沿和热点研究问题之一。项目提出通过共沉淀、水热等方法制备石墨烯负载多元金属硫化物复合光催化材料,研究石墨烯的含量以及多元金属硫化物的组成及形貌与光催化产氢活性之间的内在关系。探究石墨烯在复合光催化剂中的作用机制,揭示光生载流子迁移和分离规律。另外通过离子交换的方法对上述复合材料进行表面修饰和改性,在基于半导体的能带结构调控的基础上,设计和制备出具有高可见光活性且性能稳定的石墨烯/多元金属硫化物复合光催化剂。通过本项目的研究,可以丰富石墨烯/多元金属硫化物复合材料的制备方法,结合微观结构的调控及可见光光分解水产氢性能的评价,将进一步揭示石墨烯增强活性的机理。对制备稳定性好,光谱响应范围宽的环境友好型光解水材料具有重要意义,可以为发展太阳能制氢技术提供重要的理论和实验依据。

英文摘要: Structure design and controllable fabrication of highly visible-light active photocatalytic materials are one of hotspots of photocatalytic investigations. This project will mainly focus on the controllable preparation of graphene/sulfide solid solution composite photocatalysts by co-precipitation and hydrothermal methods and their application in photocatalytic hydrogen production. The effects of graphene content on morphology and photocatalytic H2-production activity of composite photocatalysts will be investigated. To obtain and understand physical and chemical mechanism of graphene in enhancing photocatalytic H2-production activity and to find rule of transfer and separation of photogenerated electrons and holes, we will investigate the surface modification and decoration of the above-mentioned composite materials by ion-exchange method. On the base of the controllable change of band gaps of semiconductors, highly visible-light active and stable graphene/sulfide composite photocatalytic materials will be designed and fabricated. This investigation will provide new insight into the fabrication of advanced visible-light photocatalytic materials and enhance the application of graphene/sulfide composite photocatalytic materials in hydrogen production.
