中文摘要: 沿海近岸的水深和地形等信息的掌握对于近岸工程、航运、渔业和海岸防护等方面具有十分重要的作用。近年来逐步发展起来的遥感测深技术逐渐成为了水下测深技术的重要手段。作为遥测手段之一,X波段导航雷达可以通过遥测海面得到海杂波图像,海杂波图像中包含着丰富的浪流信息,在近岸处,浪流会受到地形的影响而发生变化,因而可以通过分析浪流信息,获得水深和地形分布等信息。X波段雷达具有机动便捷、经济实用,时空分辨率高的特点,因而在沿海近岸的水深和地形的测量中具有很大的潜力。本课题拟利用X波段航海雷达图像时间序列对沿海浅水水深和地形信息提取进行系统的研究,提出获取近岸水深和地形信息的方法,构建可行算法,进而获得水下地形分布图和流场等重要信息。本项目的研究成果不但为人们获取近岸的水深、地形等信息提供一种新的有效的手段,而且还有助于提高X波段导航雷达海流信息监测精度。

英文摘要: It is important to understand and master the information of coastal inshore water depth and topographic for near-shore engineering, shipping, fishery and coastal protection. In recent years, the remote sensing technology is becoming an important means of determine water depth. As one of the remote sensing mean, the X-band navigation radar can remote the sea and obtain the sea clutter images which include abundant information of sea waves and current. At the near shore, wave and current will be influenced by the changes of the terrain, and thus bathymetry and topography will be extracted through the analysis of sea wave and current. the X-band radar has some advantages, such as a low cost, mobile, convenient, economical, practical and high spatial and temporal resolution etc.,so it has great potential in the measurement of water depth and topography of the coastal inshore. In this project, we will intend to use the X-band navigation radar image time series to study how to retrieve the information about water depth and topography in shallow coastal water, and found the method to obtain near-shore water depth and topographic information and build a viable algorithm, and thus gain the some information including underwater topographic maps and current field.
