中文摘要: 仿生复眼器件是仿生制造科学研究的重要分支,如何实现仿生系统结构、功能、性能一体化设计和可控制造是仿生复眼器件目前面临的关键技术问题。本项目提出折衍混合型复眼跨尺度多元耦合建模及其基于高能束制造的飞秒激光微/纳加工方法,属于仿生制造和高能束制造科学的交叉研究。通过纳米-微米-宏观尺度的材料-结构-功能一体化多元耦合设计,揭示三维仿生复眼耦元之间耦合机制与规律,实现模拟生物复眼行为和性能的精确仿真;改进超短脉冲双温模型,建立非平衡态热弛豫全过程的多场耦合模型,探索飞秒激光与复眼材料相互作用的微观机理,材料性能演变与器件形成规律,实现激光作用微区形状和体积微元边界参数的精确调控;开展介观尺度下三维复眼器件微/纳成形关键工艺研究,结合器件性能测试对复眼模型进行验证与修正。本项目为仿生复眼系统耦合设计和制造再现方法奠定了理论和应用基础,在高精度、轻量化和批量化的仿生制造中有广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: Bionic compound eye device is an important branch of the bionic manufacturing. The key technology, now we are facing is integrative design of bionic system structure, functions and performances and controllable manufacturing of compound eye device. The project puts forward a refractive/diffractive hybrid compound eye cross-scale multi-coupling modeling and femtosecond laser micro / nano fabrication manufacturing methods based on high energy density beam manufacturing, this belongs to the inter-discipline across the bionic manufacturing and high energy density beam manufacturing. Through the multi-factor coupling design of materials - structure - function, based on the nano - micro - macro-scale, this project reveals the coupling mechanisms and laws between three-dimensional biomimetic compound eye and each coupling element; and reaches the accurate simulation of the behavior & performance of simulated biological compound eye. This project improves two-temperature model of ultrashort pulse; sets out a non-equilibrium thermal relaxation of the whole process of multi-field coupling model; explores the microscopic mechanism, the evolution of material properties and device formation law between the femtosecond laser and compound eye materials; achieves precise control of laser micro-shape and volume element boundary
