中文摘要: 滑坡是我国公路、铁路、城镇建设面临的典型地质灾害。本项目拟研究物联网下的滑坡灾害系统管理与优化决策--包括感知网络、数据处理、应急预案仿真。即:设计科学的网络拓扑结构,将传感器、监测仪、通信网、网关与终端处理器等设备组成传感网络,一刻不放松地盯着疑似灾害体;通过感知网、移动通信网与互联网三网合一不断采集灾害体表征信息和环境信息,实时地进行异构网络的数据处理和灾害特征信息的统计;对照滑坡灾害发生时特征参数值的预警区间,自动进行应急物流系统仿真、人员疏散系统仿真和医疗救护系统仿真。本项目创新之处是将信息采集、异构网络的数据处理和预案仿真三者有机结合形成灾害管理系统,真正使后台管理人员不仅能在任何时间,任何地点观察到灾害体的任何渐近变化,而且还要针对性地提出应对灾害发生的各种预案。它将改变灾害管理所显现的灾前无所作为,灾后紧急求救的传统方式,极大地增强人们对于地质灾害的防御能力。

英文摘要: As typical geological hazards in China, landslide makes the constuction of highway, railway and urbanization vulnerable. This research intends to study the system management and optimization decision for landslide disaster including sensor networks, data processing and the emergency plan simulation with the adoption of Internet of Things. In detail, the research contains the following parts: First, design a scientific topology to construct a sensor network which is mainly made up of the sensors, monitors, communication networks, gateways and terminal processors, thus monitor the vulnerable objectives in a timely way. Besides, though the combination of perception network, communication network and the Internet, the surface information of the monitored objectives and the surrounding information can be obtained constantly to process date in the heterogeneous networks and analyze disaster feature information in real-time. At last, conduct personnel evacuation system, emergency logistics system and medical rescue system simulation automatically based on warning interval of characteristic parameter values when the landslide disaster occurs. The innovation of this project is embodied in the integration of the information collecting, heterogeneous networks processing and preparedness simulations to form a disaster management system, thus making it possible for the administrators to monitor the asymptotic changes of the disaster bodies out of restriction of time and place and make preparations for the disaster ahead of time. In a word, the project changes the traditional ways to cope with the disasters which lack of pre-disaster inaction and improves the capabilities to defense geological disasters.
