中文摘要: 我国造纸产量世界第一。造纸由制浆过程和造纸机两大环节组成。制浆过程的节能降耗与反映制浆质量的纤维形态分布对整个造纸过程的产品质量与节能降耗至关重要。因此,面向节能降耗的造纸过程运行优化控制首先要解决制浆过程纤维形态分布控制与节能降耗问题。本项目针对化学机械制浆中存在的高能耗与运行控制问题,特别是纤维形态分布难以建模和实现运行优化的科学问题,首次建立单级盘磨机主要控制变量(磨盘间隙、转速、稀释水量和给料量等)与纤维形态分布、纤维网滤水性(游离度)和能耗之间的基于数据与机理相结合的混合动态随机分布模型;研究单级盘磨机面向节能降耗、纤维形态分布和纤维网滤水性优化的运行控制方法,实现纤维形态分布的闭环反馈控制。通过对化学机械制浆总体运行指标针对各级盘磨机的指标优化分解,建立多级磨浆过程面向节能降耗和纤维形态分布控制的运行优化控制方法,并结合典型化学机械制浆过程,展开仿真和工业应用验证研究。

英文摘要: The pulp and paper industry of China has been in the world leading position for the past few years. Paper making mainly consists of two parts, namely pulping and paper machines. To solve the energy minimization for paper making, it is imperative to firstly solve the fiber state distribution control and energy minimization for pulping processes, of which the energy saving and the fiber state distribution (for example the probability density function of fiber length) control has been identified as the key part towards the improved product quality and minimized energy consumption for the whole paper making production. In this proposed research, we will investigate the operational control of chemical and thermo-mechanical pulping (CTMP) plant for both single and multiple refiners pulping processes, where the hybrid and dynamic stochastic distribution models will be established for the first time between key control inputs (disc gaps, wood chip feeding rate, speed and dilution water, etc) and the refiner's output (fiber state distribution, Canada Standard Freeness and specific energy). This is then followed by the investigation on performance indexes decomposition, the realization of the feedback control for the fiber state distribution, the global multi-objective operational optimization control and multi-layer closed loop performance analysis for multiple refiners constituted pulping plant. Both simulation and real-plant implementation will be carried out. It is expected that a series of theoretical control methodologies will be established for CTMP plant for their optimized energy operation and improved pulping quality.
