中文摘要: 身体局域网(Body Area Network, BAN)是解决远程医疗诊断、移动临床、健康评估与咨询、社区保健等医疗卫生领域信息化难题的关键技术之一,能极大缓解目前医疗资源匮乏、利用率低的突出矛盾。其中,保障生命体征信息的安全性是身体局域网实现过程中极其重要的技术需求。该项目针对BAN体系结构的特点,提出一种基于心电信号特征与超短距离信道参数的安全技术,其主要研究内容包括设计心电信号滤波和QRS波群识别算法,研究超短距离信道特征提取理论,提出信道幅度和相位响应的计算方法,根据得到的心电信号特征值和信道量化参数研究电路级数据加密和动态密钥更新方法。该方案从BAN系统自身固有特点出发,同时采用生理信息和无线信道特征构建安全保护,平衡了传感器节点和智能终端的运算复杂度,具有强度高、代价小、易实现等优势,有利于设计极低功耗的传感器节点,为形成具有自主知识产权的BAN标准体系提供理论支撑和工程实现

英文摘要: Body area network (BAN) is a key technology of solving remote medical diagnosis,mobile clinic,health evaluation and consultation, and communicity health care, which can greatly ease the outstanding contradiction of current shortage of medical resources and low utilization rate.Protecting security of vital signs information is an very important technique reqiurement in the BAN implementation process.This project aims to the characteristics of the BAN system achitecture and presents a data security scheme based on electrocardio characteristics and ultra-short channel parameters.The main research contents include designing the filter of electrocardio signal and recognizing QRS waves,exploring the retrieval theory of the channel characteristics and proposing the calculation method of the channel amplitude and phase responses,and investigating methods of the circult-level data encryption and dynamic key refreshment due to obtained electrocardio signal characteristic value and channel quantization parameters.The proposed scheme is constructed from the inherent features of the BAN system,adopts both vital information and wireless channel characteristcs to form security protection, balance the calculation complexity of the sensor nodes and smart terminal,which has advantages of high strenth,low cost and easy implementation,and is very useful to design low-power sensor nodes and provide theoretical support and enginnering implementation for forming the BAN standard system with independent intellectual property rights.
