中文摘要: 癌症是严重危害人类健康和生命的疾病之一,如何进行和有效治疗目前仍然是世界性的科学难题。纳米材料的研究发展为癌症的靶向给药治疗提供了新的方法。量子点是目前应用于生物载药最多的纳米材料,但是早期合成的量子点材料均含有毒性镉元素同时不易实现药物释放的可控性。本项目将首先开展Cu2S量子点材料的制备研究,制备出满足要求的无毒性Cu2S量子点材料;然后利用磷脂(phospholipid)对其表面进行修饰实现油转水以增强生物兼容性,并使其易于药物运输;利用Cu2S量子点材料的物理和光学特性,在飞秒激光作用下实现药物释放的可控性。本项目的研究对纳米材料走向医学临床应用具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Cancer is one of the most serious harm to human health and life disease, nowadays how to treat it and which is the most effective treatment is still a global scientific challenge. The development and research of nanomaterials provides a new opportunity for cancer detections, early diagnosis and targeted drug delivery treatment. Nowadays, quantum dots (QDs) have been extensively used in the study of biological drug carrier due to their unique properties. However, conventional QDs that were often used in biological studies were heavy-metal based. In this project, heavy-metal free QD, Cu2S, is proposed. In this project , firstly, the surface of Cu2S QD will be modified to make it biocompatible and capable of controlled drug release. Phospholipid will be proposed as the surface modification moiety. In addition, Cu2S is a highly NIR absorption material and it possesses strong two-photon absorption. So secondly, Using this unique physical and optical property, drug release can be controlled by a femtosecond laser which can penetrate deeper to the tissue. This project is great significance to make the nanomaterials used in the clinical application.
