中文摘要: 大口径高破坏阈值压缩光栅的研制与制造一直是国际上聚变级高功率激光驱动器研究的核心问题之一。本课题针对高功率激光系统实际运行环境下光栅破坏阈值的技术瓶颈,创新性的提出了内反式压缩光栅及其光损伤性能综合评估方案,关键技术途径为:(1)依据高功率激光衍射特性,突破现有光栅设计模式与思路,建立新型光栅结构;(2)发展先进的观测手段,实现损伤的在线三维精细结构测量,再现损伤形成的动态过程,揭示光栅精细结构与损伤的物理联系与规律。本研究有望为实质性提高高功率激光系统中光栅的破坏阈值提供新的技术途径。

英文摘要: Research and development of large compression gratings with high-laser damage threshold has always been one of keys for the construction of world-class high power lasers. A novel compression grating, internal reflection gratings, and a scheme to offer comprehensive assessment for its performance are presented, motivated by the insufficient laser induced damage threshold of current gratings under actual running environment of high-power laser facilities. The crucial technologies include: 1) to design new grating structure according to the diffraction characteristics of high-power lasers; 2) to develop advanced observation method to measure the three-dimensional fine structure of damage points on line and reproduce their dynamic formation process, to reveal and further understand the physical correlation and rule between the fine structure of gratings and the damages. The work provides a potential and positive way to improve the laser damage threshold of gratings in high-power lasers.
