中文摘要: 为了满足大规模风、光、电动汽车接入智能电网后的优化电力资源的重大需求,适应智能电网EMS系统从集中式走向分散式的发展趋势,本课题提出了电力系统频率自治的概念,并在省网集中式AGC与主动配网、微网AGC之间建立一个分散自治的中间协同控制层,即虚拟发电部落控制系统(VTC)。本项目拟采用多智能体一致性协同理论框架和多智能体随机对策理论框架来综合解决分散式VTC的最优协同控制问题,重点攻关 大规模异构多智能体一致性及非线性控制问题和异构/同构多智能体混合随机对策问题 两个基础科学难题,以建立面向电力系统的多智能体随机协同对策框架体系作为应用理论研究的最终目标。开发基于JADE的VTC软件和仿真程序,并在RTDS系统上验证其有效性和工程实用性。

英文摘要: To meet the increasing demand of optimization diverse electric generating sources and follow the trend of distributed EMS of Smart Grids, this project introduce a new concept frequency autonomy into the traditional domain of AGC, and proposes to construct a new coordinated lay of distributed control systems between the centralized AGC of province grid and the distribued AGC systems of the active distribution grids and micro-grids,which are named as Virtual Tribes Control(VTC) systems. The coordination and optimization problems of distributed VTC systems will be solved by use a new multi-agent coordinated game theory framework which will be elaborately studied by combining the multi-agent consensus coordination theory framwork with the multi-agent stochastic game theory framwork.The studies will be focused on two basic difficult problems,that are large-scale homogeneous multi-agent consensus coordiation problem and hybrid of homogeneous and heterogeneous multi-agent stochastic game problem. The algorithms and simulation software related to VTC will be developd by using the JADE platform tool. The effectiveness and feasibility of VTC will be tested by RTDS.
