中文摘要: 钢铁企业供氧系统是一个结构复杂的非线性系统。对供氧系统进行优化平衡调度,可有效改善供氧系统放散率高的现状。本项目以钢铁企业供氧系统为研究对象,分析从现场能源管理系统采集到的数据,深入发掘海量数据中蕴含的描述系统状态间关系和动力学特性等信息,对供氧系统建立复杂网络模型。综合考虑企业生产模式、工序操作特性及各种环境因素对企业生产能耗的影响,建立企业能耗分析模型。在此基础上将复杂网络模型与能耗模型相融合,研究供氧系统优化调度新的理论及方法,并将所研究的方法开发形成优化调度软件在我国钢铁企业进行示范应用。本项目研究内容包括:供氧系统相关数据的准备方法;供氧系统复杂网络建模;能耗分析评价模型的建立;将复杂网络模型与计算智能优化算法相结合建立平衡优化调度模型;供氧系统优化调度软件的开发及示范应用。取得具有自主知识产权的原创性研究成果,将为进一步降低钢铁企业的能耗水平,提高企业经济效益奠定基础。

英文摘要: The oxygen supply-demand system in steel industry is a rather complex nonlinear system with sophisticated structure, whose optimal balance scheduling is capable of improving the oxygen supply efficiency and the enterprise profits. In this project, taking the oxygen supply-demand system as the research background, the acquired industrial data from SCADA system are intensively analyzed, the related information behind the data that could describe the system states and the dynamic feature are intensively mined, and the complex network model aimed to represent the industrial system will be established. Then, taking into account the production modes, the process operational characteristics, and the impact of the oxygen system on the energy environment, an oxygen-related energy consumption analysis model is constructed. As such, the complex network model and the energy consumption analysis model are combined to study a series of optimal scheduling method for the oxygen system. Finally, the application software corresponding to the studied scheduling methodologies will be developed and applied to the typical steel enterprise in our country.
