中文摘要: 由于传统供电模式为交流电,电流周期变化时存在光谷,LED在点亮时会产生频闪,为解决此问题,项目旨在制备交流LED的新型单一基质短余辉硅酸盐荧光粉并研究其结构调控发光的技术和原理。通过材料结构设计和合成方法的探索,调控荧光粉的微结构、形貌、粒径和发光行为,阐明紫外激发下单一基质硅酸盐发光材料中各元素及基团的作用,得出具有余辉的硅酸盐的结构特点和光谱特性,研究单一基质短余辉硅酸盐的结构调控发光行为。结合计算模拟的方法研究稀土离子发生的能量传递、二次激发以及发光材料结构内部缺陷的运动,确立硅酸盐荧光粉的短余辉机理,为新型交流LED发光材料的设计合成提供科学依据。采用荧光粉控制余辉技术解决LED频闪问题,应用到照明产品中可大大保护眼睛。本项目对于扩展LED荧光粉在环保领域的应用,节省电力资源和降低灯具成本方面提供绿色方法,对于解决我国能源缺乏问题和提高LED寿命等方面有重要意义。

英文摘要: In view of the traditional power supply mode is alternating current, the LED lights will flashing because of optical valley. This research intends to develop technology and theory of short afterglow single phase silicate phosphors used for alternating current LED. Via materials design and synthesis methods exploration, the morphology, particle size and optical properties of powder can be controlled, the role of the each elements and group in single phase silicate luminescent material under ultraviolet excitation can be clarified, draw from the structure features and spectral characteristics of afterglow silicate, analysis the luminescence behavior by structure regulate and control in single silicate. Combine the simulation calculation the energy transfer or secondary excitation between rare earth ions and internal defects movement in luminescent material will be studied, short afterglow mechanism of silicates phosphors will be establish. This put forward a new idea to solve the LED flash by phosphor control afterglow technology, which can protect eyes if it applied in lighting products. This research is provide a green approach in save power resources, reduces the cost of lamps and expanded the application of phosphors in the field of environment protection.
