中文摘要: 为构建皮肤触觉感知和机械交互之间的桥梁并研制具有触觉功能的仿生皮肤,本项目以理论建模、计算机仿真与试验探索相结合开展研究。首先,根据皮肤的生理结构和力学特点,应用接触力学和粘弹性力学理论,建立皮肤摩擦触觉感知动态理论模型,研究触觉感知过程中皮肤层的机械响应规律。其次,基于组织工程学原理,研制具有触觉功能的仿生皮肤,并结合试验进行仿生皮肤的功能验证和完善,在此基础上开展仿生皮肤和人体皮肤的摩擦触觉感知试验,研究皮肤摩擦感知过程中的生物摩擦力学规律、脑电生理刺激响应规律以及心理物理学规律。最后结合试验结果,对理论模型进行修正,并分析皮肤摩擦感知过程中内部触觉感受体的机械刺激编码模式和换能方式,揭示皮肤触觉感知的机械机理并建立量化表征模型。研究成果可为活体皮肤测试替代品、皮肤移植修复材料、高触觉敏感性的机器人智能皮肤、人机交互技术、产品触觉质感定量评定等提供重要技术支持和理论支撑。

英文摘要: In order to establish the relationship between the skin tactile perception and mechanical interaction, the theoretical and experimental methods will be used in this project. Firstly, based on the nonlinear contact and viscous elastic mechanics, a theoretical model which is according to the physiological structure of skin and the process of the friction tactile perception of skin will be developed. The mechanical response of the skin layer will be studied. Secondly, based on the tissue engineering, a synthetic skin with tactile sensing will be developed. The function of synthetic skin will be tested and improved by the experiments.After that, the experiments of synthetic skin and human skin will be carried out to study principle of biotribology, biomechanics, brain electrical physiological stimulation response, and psychophysics during the process of the skin friction tactile perception. Finally, according to the results of the experiments, the theoretical model will be improved. The stimulated coding mode and the energy exchange method of the mechanoreceptors in the skin will be analysised. The mechanism and quantitative characterization model of the friction tactile perception of skin will be obtained.
