中文摘要: 西双版纳热带雨林是我国生态区域最为独特、植物病毒多样性资源最为富集的地方。本研项目应用宏基因组策略,从云南西双版纳热带雨林代表植物获取植物样本,提取植物总核酸样本或者病毒类似颗粒状物,采用随机引物,宏基因组研究策略,RT-PCR 或PCR和高通量测序,BLAST,通过计算机软件技术分析病毒序列,研究植物病毒组成和种群结构,分析病毒的遗传多样性特征。 采用分子鉴定、接种功能验证的方法筛选和鉴定与植物共生或者与真菌和植物共生的病毒,初步弄清西双版纳热带雨林植物与病毒共生或者与病毒和真菌共生的主要种类和种群。探索西双版纳热带雨林能帮助植物抗逆的植物病毒资源。 通过以上研究丰富我国热带雨林生态区域植物病毒资源信息。

英文摘要: There are richest diversity of plants and viruses in Xishuangbanna. In this study, the plants sample will be collected from Yunnan Xishuangbanna Tropical Rainforest representatives. This project is intended to apply metagenomic strategy, the extraction of plant total nucleic acid samples or virus like particulate matter, using random primers metagenomics research strategy, RT-PCR or PCR and high-throughput sequencing, BLAST, got viral sequences, then try to analysis the the virus composition and population structure, and their genetic diversity by computer software analysis techniques. This project is try to screen and identify the symbiosis of plants with virus or fungi and virus by molecular detection, inocluation functional verification method, and preliminary figure out the main plant species reserving the virus in Xishuangbanna Tropical Rainforest and explore the virus species helping plant resist drought or heat. Through the above study enrich the level of the plant virus research in Tropical Rainforest area in China.
