中文摘要: 当今世界能源危机不断加剧。作为清洁和可再生能源的太阳能的开发利用如雨后春笋,光伏发电也应运而生。因此,开展太阳能光伏发电采纳的相关研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。本项目将:(1)在大样本问卷调查的基础上,构建太阳能光伏发电公众采纳的概念模型和研究假设;采用结构方程模型(SEM),运用AMOS软件,对问卷数据进行定量分析,探索公众太阳能光伏发电采纳意愿的影响路径,并进行实证检验;(2)基于G-MNL(广义多项Logit)回归,开展公众太阳能光伏发电采纳影响因素的特征属性研究;(3)运用博弈理论和方法,开展基于中央政府、地方政府和公众三者间利益均衡的博弈机制研究。研究目标:揭示公众太阳能光伏发电认知等因素对我国公众太阳能发电采纳意愿的影响路径和作用机制,构建我国太阳能光伏发电推广应用过程中各相关主体投资成本分摊和收益分配模型,为我国政府制定差异化政策和策略提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Nowadays, with the increasing world energy crisis, as a clean and renewable source of energy, solar energy has been developing and utilizing rapidly throughout the world. Thus, solar-photovoltaic power generation came into being. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study on the issues relating to solar-photovoltaic power adoption..This research will: (1) explore the impacting paths of public's willingness to adopt solar-photovoltaic power generation facilities by way of large sample questionnaire survey, through building a conceptual model and hypotheses of public's adoption and conducting quantitative analyses and empirical tests of the questionnaire data by adopting the structural equation model (SEM) and AMOS software; (2) analyze the factors influencing public's adoption of solar-photovoltaic power generation facilities by using G-MNL regression, in an attempt to find out their characteristic attributes; (3) study on the equilibrium mechanism of interests among the central government, local government and the general public by adopting the game theory and methodology..Research objectives: to reveal the impacting paths and mechanism of public's willingness to adopt solar-photovoltaic power generation facilities, build investment-cost allocation and income distribution model of the related stakeholders in China's solar photovoltaic application process, and provide a scientific basis for the Chinese government to develop relevant policies and differentiated strategies.
