中文摘要: 干旱河谷波动效应研究是山区生态环境风险分析与评价的核心内容,其波动影响阈值是界定人类工程活动对山地河谷生态环境影响强度的关键系数。以岷江上游典型干旱河谷区为研究对象,利用不同时期的遥感数据,从生态环境角度提取岷江上游干旱河谷区域上下边界范围,研究生态环境系统内部各动力要素间的协同耦合机制,建立面向系统-子系统-要素的干旱河谷区生态环境脆弱性定量评价指标体系;分析评价梯级水电开发工程对干旱河谷区的敏感性与脆弱性变化尺度,基于空间引力和潜能模型,界定梯级水电开发对干旱河谷区生态环境脆弱性上届的波动影响阈值,明确梯级水电开发对山区干旱河谷区的波动影响边界,为科学合理界定岷江上游及西部类似干旱河谷区的梯级水电开发下生态环境承载力空间范围、选址与人口迁移提供重要的科学依据和实践指导。

英文摘要: The fluctuation of arid valley is the core analysis and evaluation of environmental risk in the mountain ecosystems, which defines the key factor of human engineering activities on the strength of the ecological environmental of mountain valley. Taking the typical arid valley of the upper reaches of Minjiang River for example, it extracts the boundaries between the upper and lower region of Minjiang River by the way of remote image date in different period. It researches the environmental synergistic coupling mechanism of internal power, establishing the index system which assesses the system, subsystem and factors. It analyses and evaluates the cascade hydropower development project in different periods of the arid valley sensitivity and vulnerability scale which is based on space gravity and potential model, to define the cascade hydropower development arid valley area of the ecological environment of the vulnerability of fluctuations threshold, to get the cascade hydropower development activities on the mountain the arid valley fluctuations boundary which provide important scientific basis and practical guidance for ecological environmental bearing capacity under the scope of space,the site and the population migration .
