中文摘要: 本项目首次提出利用控制理论领域先进的多平衡点非线性系统时频域处理方法研究电力系统的动态稳定性及广域控制问题。主要研究内容包括:单机及多机系统建模;动态稳定判别算法设计及稳定裕度计算;动态稳定控制器设计方法构建及优化;广域控制信号优化选择算法设计及广域控制器的协调问题分析。本项目将针对所提出的关键技术问题进行理论分析与算法设计,并借助于电力系统仿真实验平台对实际电网运行进行实例仿真,验证所得理论结果的实用性和有效性。本项目的研究将为实现电力系统动态稳定控制开辟一条崭新的技术实现途径,并为电网的安全稳定运行提供必要的理论参考。

英文摘要: The present project brings forward a new way of studying the dynamic stability analysis and wide-area control in power systems. In the proposed scheme, the frequency and time-domain method in handling multiple-equilibria nonlinear systems, which is advanced in the area of control theory, is introduced into power system analysis for the first time. Main contents of this project include modeling of single-machine and multiple-machine systems, algorithm for dynamic stability determination and stability margin calculation, dynamic stability controller design, optimization in choosing wide-area signals, as well as wide-area controller coordination. Aiming at dealing with the above-mentioned critical technical points, this project carries on theoretical analysis and algorithm design. Moreover, practical power grids simulation is conducted in virtue of the power system simulation and experiment platform in order to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the derived theoretical results. It offers a brand new solution to cope with power systems dynamic stability control, and at the same time, provides necessary theoretical references for the safe and stable operation of power grids.
